Contemplative Meditation
I've never discussed Astrology or Astronomy in any of my blogs. That's because I've never studied either of them so my knowledge is limited. As I stroll through the internet I see more and more articles about Mercury Retrograde. We are apparently in the midst of the third Retrograde this year that's scheduled to end on July 12. I did a little glance reading (not reading the full article) and it mentions that for most Astrological signs communication will be difficult during this period; knowing how, when, and even what to say will be a challenge, if that's what you believe. If there are any Astrology experts out there please call, or email me more information about this supposedly uneasy time, and how does it correlate with this mysterious retrograde.
In the meantime, Contemplative meditation is actually a great way to quiet the mind, body and soul, whereas when it's time to speak, you will with the certainty of the Holy Spirit.
