Transformative Meditation Program for Children and Teens
Give your child the gift of inner calm, focus, and confidence with our unique meditation program designed for ages 4 to 19. Through engaging and purposeful sessions, participants will develop enhanced concentration, spiritual and mental alignment, and unlock their natural talents—all in a stress-free, nurturing environment.
Sessions are available in one-on-one or group formats and incorporate:

Music to inspire relaxation and creativity

Movement (Yoga) to encourage flexibility and mindfulness

Listening exercises with a focus on deep breathing

Guided Meditation & Prayer for emotional and spiritual well-being
Each session is tailored to age groups:

Ages 4-8: 10-minute sessions

Ages 9-14: 20-minute sessions

Ages 15 & older: 30 to 45-minute sessions occur twice weekly for optimal benefits.
Safe & Flexible Options Join us in person or virtually! In-person sessions no longer require masks but do require proof of vaccination. Virtual sessions are available for those who prefer remote participation.
