ABOUT ME>

Rev. Deborah Francis (Satori Kensho) is an Omnist, mystic, spiritual educator, and founder of Sow Good Seed llc, SK Human Services and the Omnism Academy of World Faiths. Raised in Philadelphia, her spiritual awakening began early through profound encounters with the Holy Spirit, and a lifelong exploration and study of diverse wisdom traditions. With more than 30 years of meditation experience, she embraces the understanding that we are spirits experiencing humanity, each moving through unique stages of evolution.

Deborah holds a Certificate in Holistic Integrated Health, a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. Her academic training deepens her ability to bridge spirituality, emotional wellness, and evidence based practices. 

Through Sow Good Seed, Deborah offers mindfulness practices, spiritual guidance, and integrative wellness support designed to nurture inner growth, peace, and personal transformation. Her work reflects a commitment to helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, cultivate presence, and evolve with intention
