My services are customized to meet you where you are on your spiritual journey.
  • I'll ask questions during your initial free consultation to take a Spiritual appraisal. At our next session, I will guide you to the proper Meditation practice such as:
  • Mindful Meditation (Kundalini Yoga)
  •  Contemplative Meditation
  • Music or Candle Light Meditation, whichever works best to prepare your Spirit for Enlightenment the "Christ-like mind."
