Support for children's emotional wellness & mindfulness
*My Approach*
I support children using mindfulness-based and breath-centered practices that help them:
-
Calm their bodies and emotions
-
Improve focus and attention
-
Understand and express feelings in healthy ways
-
Build inner stability and self-awareness
-
Develop lifelong emotional regulation skills
My work is gentle, grounding, and designed to meet children exactly where they are.
