Breathe children Breathe!
This is a distinctive meditation program designed for children aged 4 to 19.
Participants will enhance their focus and concentration while achieving spiritual and mental alignment with unique talents and abilities, enabling them to excel in all aspects of their lives, free from stress.
Sessions are one-on-one or group formats.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and occurs once a week, incorporating:
- Music
- Movement (Yoga)
- Listening (emphasis on deep breathing)
-Guided Meditation and Prayer
In-person sessions no longer require masks but do require proof of vaccination, or you can opt for virtual sessions.
