Good morning Truth students, how are you today? Did you meditate this morning?
As you know I decided to do weekly updates on the 5-minute mind exercise so here we are. I'm noticing that my arms are very uncomfortable and I'm concerned about my vibrating frequency as a result so I'm moving my hands away the second the uncomfortable feeling starts. I'm doing this exercise once a day in the morning and I can't wait to report the end results. I'm speaking my affirmations in my mind and I finish with the eye movements.
