Health Benefits of Meditation!

I'm not a medical or holistic health practitioner so I can't advise on the physical health benefits of meditation such as lowering high blood pressure or cholesterol etc..etc...

I can however advise on what I know to be true for me in regards to relaxing the mind and body and using meditation as a gateway to communion with God. And since God is Omniscient-Omnipotent-Omnipresent and since I know that he/she is happy to give us Its Kingdom, there has to be significant physical benefits by this realization.

If you are looking for improvements in any facet of your life, meditation is the best way I know how to do it. I'm a witness to the activity of the Holy Spirit- actually that is what the Holy Spirit is - the activity of God. God uses people (Doctors included), places, and things (whether they are aware of it or not) to bring into manifestation his Glory; and I have witnessed many Spiritual victories over many health concerns amongst his children. Actually, a lot of the pioneers of the New Thought movement wrote about how their belief in the healing power of God is what healed their physical ailments. Meditation is not recommended to treat or cure any health concern or disease. I employ anyone that reads this blog or are within its vibration to exercise, eat right and have regular check ups from your doctor alongside daily meditation. Be great today!
